How would you describe your style and do you retouch the photos?

I’d say my style is pretty natural but, I do enjoy getting creative with shots when the opportunity arrises. My editing process includes color and lighting correction, with a little sharpening. On close up portraits I lightly soften skin blemishes, but no where near what you’ll see in a high fashion magazine.

I don’t use filters, nor do I shoot in black and white. There’s nothing wrong with any of that, but that’s just not me.

What do your wedding photography packages include?

Every photography package includes high quality images without watermarks, online gallery, USB drive and a print release. Albums and wall art are purchased a la carte.

What do your wedding videography packages include?

Every videography package includes a highlight film and USB Drive.

Do you photograph and capture video at the same time?

In order to deliver the best quality product, I only do one at a time. However, I can recommend someone for the other service.

What do you need to know from me before the wedding?

The most important piece I’d need is the schedule for the day. If you have a shot list, I’ll need that beforehand as well.

What is the backup plan if you can’t make it?

My second shooter will take lead and I or they will find a second shooter.

Are you willing to follow a shot list?

Yep! Nothing wrong with having one.

When and how do we get our photos/videos?

Wedding photos take between 4-6 weeks to go through and edit, while wedding videos take between 6-8 weeks to complete. When everything is finished I will contact you and schedule a time to meet so that you can decide which photos go in your album and what you want as wall art. I will also send a link to your online gallery so that your friends and family can view them all as well.

How do we book you?

I am officially booked once you sign the contract and I receive your 30% non-refundable deposit. Before then I can not guarantee that I will be available for your wedding day. So book me as soon as possible!

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Who wouldn’t? My time photographing a wedding in Hawaii has only made me want to do it more.

Will I receive high resolution images?

Yes! You will get high quality images without watermarks and a print release so that you can print your photos.

Do you shoot with a second photographer?

While a second shooter isn’t included in every package, most clients do choose to have one to ensure not a moment is missed!

Will you check out our venue in advance?

I do location scout every venue that I will shoot at. I believe it is important to know the place and know the lighting situation beforehand.

Do you charge a travel fee? If so, what does that cover?

My travel fee is included in each wedding package and it covers a good chunk of the pacific northwest. I will let you know if there is an additional fee before you book me so that there are no surprises.

Do you post proofs online?

I do! After we meet and go over your photos I will send you a link to view all of the photos and order prints.
